The Kimball, NE Supercell Thunderstorm Time-lapse – 06/12/2017

Stock Footage: On June 12, 2017 severe weather erupted across Colorado, Wyoming and Nebraska. A majority of these supercell thunderstorms were tornadic and produced prolific and beautiful tornadoes across the high plains. One storm, after producing a long tracked tornado, proceeded towards Kimball, Nebraska. The supercell thunderstorm took on a sight that can be considered awesome, amazing and even awe-inspiring storm structure. This time-lapse video demonstrates the incredible striations and rotation that took place. When this time-lapse began, a tornado was dissipating. As a side note, a new tornado forms on the storm to the west. This was the Bushnell, NE tornado.
